    FOUNDER AND CEO OF WORKINGWELL

    Lesley founded WorkingWell in 2005 and has spent 30 years helping organisations and their people thrive. With a background in health and wellbeing consulting in the private healthcare sector, she brings expertise in measuring workplace pressure, building resilient teams, and creating cultures where energy, engagement, and performance flourish. She speaks regularly in the UK and overseas on stress, resilience, energy management, and sustainable high performance.

    Lesley is co-author of Dangerous Waters: Strategies for Improving Wellbeing at Work and Managing Workplace Stress, and Brave New Leader: How To Transform Workplace Pressure Into Sustainable Performance and Growth. She is also a frequent contributor to TV, radio, and other media, including Channel 4’s acclaimed documentary Stressed Out. Recently shortlisted for a Lifetime Commitment to Wellbeing award and an Excellence in Wellbeing award, Lesley combines experience, human insight, and enthusiasm to make a real difference in the workplaces she works with.

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

    With 30+ years of experience across operations and project management, Liza is the calm, friendly force who helps keep everything running smoothly at WorkingWell. She loves building strong relationships, supporting teams to do their best work, and making sure every client feels genuinely looked after.

    Liza is all about open communication, clear collaboration, and finding practical, people-centred solutions. She blends enthusiasm with know-how, approaching every project with a positive mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference. Her focus is always on creating meaningful impact – for organisations, teams, and the individuals within them.

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    Vicky has over 20 years’ experience of consulting, coaching, facilitation and training. A change agent, she holds an MSc in Organisation Development and Consultancy, an MSc in Psychology and an MSc in Applied Health and Exercise. When training Vicky uses a flexible, transparent approach offering clarity, insight and inspiration. She energises and motivates those around her, generating drive, enthusiasm and accountability.

    Vicky is a qualified NLP Trainer, UKCP Psychotherapist and also holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching. Vicky began her consulting career in 1994 as an Investor in People Advisor and Assessor. She left corporate employment having reached senior status with responsibility for the strategic development needs of an organisation employing over 35,000 people. Vicky is an associate member of the CIPD, INLPTA, UKCP, BPS and qualified to deliver Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) qualification courses, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Steps I and II, Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi), Total Quality Management (TQM), Team Emotional Intelligence tool and PPA/DiSC Personality Profiling tool.

Operations Director

Liza is a highly experienced Global Project Manager who is exceptionally client focused and dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Her main responsibilities involve the management of client systems and data provision. She always acts with the client in mind whilst establishing and maintaining effective relationships at all levels within each organisation. She brings a passion and enthusiasm to her work and has extremely sound functional and technical knowledge and skills to accomplish tasks to the highest level. Liza has been described as the backbone of the organisation, having been there from the very beginning. She knows the business inside out and will often be the first line of response to initial enquiries received at WorkingWell.


Scott Kedward

Scott Kedward

Head of IT

Scott joined us in 2010 as an experienced system engineer and developer, specialising in database design and web-based applications. He is the architect and guardian of all our enabling technology. If your requirements involve risk assessment/diagnostics or the confidential emotional support of team members then Scott will be the person who can liaise with reciprocal IT departments on the important matters of data security, data privacy and confidentiality. Scott’s background includes communications, defence and government projects.

Ken Davis

Ken Davis

Consultant

Ken has over 30 years’ experience as a strategic manager and business consultant in the public sector. He has extensive expertise in policy development, strategic planning, performance management, change management and partnership working. Ken also has a strong track record of leading, coaching and motivating staff to achieve results and bring about change. He also has extensive experience of management training and development.

Ken has been an Associate Lecturer at the Open University Business School for 16 years. He has taught on the Strategy module of the MBA for all this time and was a developer of the Public Sector module of the MBA.  He also developed a Public Sector module for the Suffolk Management Development Centre’s MBA.


Lara Cullen

Lara Cullen

Consultant

Lara is a warm, positive and results driven Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Trainer and Consultant. Her professional background before setting up her own Coaching and Training consultancy in London was in HR where over a 15-year period she held generalist roles up to HR Director level with several well-known international brands.  

She holds a degree in International Business, a PgD in Strategic HR Management and is a certified Workplace Mediator, Coach and Trainer. She is qualified in the administration of several psychometric tools and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and Member of the Association for Coaching and INLPTA. She is passionate about wellbeing and is a qualified yoga teacher and reiki healer as well as a keen advocate of meditation and mindfulness to combat the pressures of life.

Driven by enabling people and organisations to do what they are here to do and be who they’re here to be, Lara is optimistic and pragmatic with a strong sense of fun, integrity and doing what’s right, not just easy. She applies these principles to her coaching and training. She particularly enjoys and is experienced in supporting middle managers and high potentials to find their voice and become leaders of the future.


Jane Drapkin

Jane Drapkin

Consultant

Jane is an experienced facilitator and trainer, a qualified coach and an NLP practitioner. She has an accredited diploma in Stress Management and is also accredited in a range of psychometric and personality profiling tools. Jane has a professional background in leadership development training, coaching and consultancy, and before that she managed teams and projects providing humanitarian aid and development assistance in countries across Africa and Asia.

Jane has facilitated workshops, delivered training and provided coaching to a range of clients in the corporate, public and charity sectors. Jane is an exceptionally clear thinker, and her approach is pragmatic, logical and supportive. She creates a safe environment for groups and individuals to learn, share, reflect and make decisions, empowering them to take control of their situations and to make changes to improve them.

Jane is also experienced in genocide education and has a passion for studying examples of resilience in conflict affected communities around the world. She draws on the learning from these contexts in supporting teams and organisations to manage risk, overcome challenges and build resilience.

Anne Bryant

Life Coach/Wellbeing Coach/Facilitator

Anne is qualified Life Coach, Wellbeing Coach and Wellbeing Workshop facilitator and delivers to our onsite/on demand emotional health service. She helps our client’s employees to optimise their wellbeing and explore the patterns in their life that could be holding them back from having great emotional health. 

 With 20 years’ experience, gained in several UK FMCG companies across various functions including sales, strategy and IT, Anne has accumulated the professional and personal know-how to support others on a journey of recovery or self-discovery. 

She is passionate about supporting other people to look after their wellbeing, with firm beliefs that wellbeing is fundamental to living a fulfilling life, that our emotional health is as important as our physical health, and that stress and burnout do not have to be the price of a successful career. Through her 1:1 support or Wellbeing Workshops, she is able to help employees to take control of their life and consciously create the balance they need to live and work in the most fulfilling way possible.

Kim Jones

Psychotherapist

Kim is a qualified psychotherapist, licenced RTM therapist and coach (PTSD treatment), eco coach/therapist, life/business coach, advanced freedom technique practitioner and NLP practitioner. She is also skilled in the facilitation and delivery of employee mental health awareness programmes, and mental health first aid. She is empathic, approachable, open minded and friendly-professional.

With over 27 years’ experience, Kim has worked with clients of all ages - children, young adults, adults, families, workgroups and their leaders. She is passionate about continuing to work with a wide range of clients, ensuring she remains versatile and multi-faceted in her work as a psychotherapist, coach, and trainer. 

 In her work Kim provides the therapeutic solutions that build confidence, enabling her clients to uncover and develop their innate ability to address and resolve their problems from a different perspective, as well as help them re-discover the true inner version of themselves.


Rachael Robson-Green

Life Coach/Executive Coach/Facilitator/Trainer

Rachael is a qualified Life and Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner and experienced facilitator and trainer. Her professional background includes 12 years’ working with successful global brands, within their sales and merchandising functions, being involved in leading and delivering strategic projects, and coaching and motivating teams.

It is through her personal corporate journey, that Rachael has been inspired to promote positive change within workplace culture. Using 1:1 coaching support and workshops she is driven to help leaders and their teams create authentic, engaged environments where wellbeing is prioritised, deeper self- awareness is actively encouraged and where people are supported to thrive and not just survive.

Naturally intuitive and empathetic, with a skill for articulating what is holding people back, Rachael’s approachable nature blends positivity and kindness with courageous perception. Within her coaching and facilitating she is also passionate about empowering people to make more conscious choices so they can show up more fully - and purposefully - in both their professional and personal lives.


Elaine Elliott

Life Coach/Wellbeing Coach

Elaine is a warm and enthusiastic Holistic Health Professional; Wellbeing Coach, Advanced EFT Practitioner (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Reiki Practitioner. She has a special interest in the prevention and recovery of common physical and emotional symptoms of stress and burnout.

She has gained valuable experience from working in private practice and public mental health services, also being an expert from personal experience. Her passion is to help others regain and maintain their wellbeing whilst having a healthy balanced lifestyle herself.

She believes achieving wellbeing; feeling good and functioning well is vital to lead happier and fulfilled lives. Therefore, holds a safe space to support and encourage people to identify their needs or what they want to change to improve their wellbeing, performance or reach their potential. She thrives on giving them more awareness, empowerment and resilience so they can positively move forward and shape their own future.
